At Areal Property Group, I was required to be a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager offering my extensive experience leading a team of 3 and managing international virtual assistants (VA's), Sales, Rental, Leasing, and Business Development Teams. The key focus and objective for the marketing team was to drive innovative marketing strategies and execute key projects including website launches, system integrations, proposal presentations, promotional videography, event management (In-Room Auctions), social media campaigns, and client-facing marketing material redesign. 

Crown Resorts

Crown Resorts is one of Melbourne's leading landmarks and is widely known for it's Casino and Entertainment precincts. In July 2022, Crown Resorts was sold and purchased by a US multi-billion dollar investment group, Blackstone. I was employed on a contract base to assist the Gaming Marketing team, execute and produce campaigns and promotions across the gaming floors (casino).  Starting in November 2022, I planned and executed 7 major campaigns and promotions, each with a budget of over $150,000,  as well as 6 minor promotional offers and over 10 ad-hoc projects. Working at Crown Resorts has truly shown me the scope of a multi-billion dollar corporation and how intricate the network within Crown Resorts is.

Pacific Epping - QIC

After my contract finished at Melbourne Market Authority, I was fortunate enough to land a position with QIC, at Pacific Epping, as the Marketing Coordinator. During my time there, I had the privilege of working on some amazing campaigns including Christmas 2021, Our Style Our Way Fashion 2022, Mother's Day 2022, 'One In A Minion' 2022 campaign, NAIDOC Week 2022 and many more. Each campaign that I have worked on has provided me with new challenges, experiences and learnings that has allowed me to refine my marketing skills. With a strong focus on in-centre activations, combined with my existing digital marketing skills, I was able to follow through on a new level of B2C and B2B marketing than previously done.  

MELBOURNE MARKET AUTHORITY 

Marketing & Communications Officer

After my contract finished at Australian Tyre Traders, I worked casually for a while during the height of COVID until I landed another contract role with the Melbourne Market Authority. Here I was able to assist in the implementation of strategies, campaigns, regular communications and more. One of the key areas I looked after was the 'A Better Choice!' program for Victoria. Working with two other businesses, I worked to enhance the brand recognition of this program and to set up the next 12 months of marketing initiatives.

AUSTRALIAN TYRE TRADERS

Once I returned from London, I went back to Australian Tyre Traders as a Marketing Manager to share my new found knowledge and skills with them in an effort to enhance their service offerings. I came back on board on a contractual basis but unfortunately, due to COVID, there where limitations on the initiatives that i could provide for them.

​After experiencing the first hand London business and marketing environment I was hooked. An opportunity arose at STEP where I was able to start as a Marketing Executive. Here I had the privilege of working on global campaigns from start to finish. I then transitioned to the Programme Manager position where I was able to devote all of my resources to the single department in a goal of increasing its global brand image. From both positions I have gained countless insights and skills that I will be to transfer back in the Australian Market.

Whilst completing my degree, I undertook a unpaid work with a couple of charity organisations, one being Enactus.
